Date & time of the event
The conference will be held on 25 & 26 June 2015.
The main programme will run from approximately 11:00-17:00 on Day 1, followed by dinner and drinks in the evening. We will start around 09:00 on Day 2 and aim to wrap up no later than 17:00.
Please note that these timings are estimates. The full programme with exact times will be published closer to the date.

Cost
Our aim has been to keep Future Connections affordable to all. As a result, the registration fee will be an affordable £15.
This includes conference attendance, lunch and refreshments on both days, plus dinner on the evening of Day 1. Dinner will be at Hemma, a great cafe/bar within easy walking distance of the conference venue.
Accommodation (including breakfast) is available for an additional £10.

Location
The conference is organised by the University of Edinburgh and will be held at the Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation, located in the city centre and within walking distance of the train station.
Full details and directions will be sent out prior to the event.
Accommodation
For those visiting from outside of Edinburgh we have arranged accommodation for the night of the 25th in the University's Halls of Residence.
We have some money in our budget to subsidise the cost of staying over. As a result, delegates are required to pay only £10. This includes one night in a single room with shared bathroom facilities, as well as breakfast on Day 2.
Please note, this subsidised rate will be available on a first come, first serve basis. The final registration deadline in order to qualify for the £10 rate is 15 May. After this date all accommodation must be booked individually with Edinburgh First or other providers.
Bursaries
Although we have tried our hardest to make Future Connections affordable, we realise the costs can still add up, especially for those traveling from further away.
As a result we have made a limited number of bursaries available to participants who, for financial reasons, would find it difficult to attend the event otherwise. For more information please contact FutureConnectionsScotland@gmail.com.
